The office Urca Capital Partners was founded in Rio de Janeiro. The head office in São Paulo is placed at the corner of Iguatemi street and Faria Lima Avenue. The company, specialized in corporate finances, brought along with its expansion a little bit of its cariocas origins. Elements like sisal ropes and pictures of Rio de Janeiro’s landscapes contextualize this concept.

The small space of the reception made it possible to create a big niche to be used as a bench and also to frame the company’s logo. Inside a corporate environment, theses harmonious spaces generate comfort and sophistication. The niches were continued to be used in different sizes and different rooms to help in the space’s organization.
