Located on the border between the commercial side with high density of the Faria Lima avenue and the exclusively residential with low density Jardim Europa neighbouhood, this commercial conjunct is privileged with a panoramic view of the Pinheiros river. The project seeks to highlight this situation securing a continuous and unobstructed view through the frames that delimitate the façade and brings the panorama inside the conjunct. The synthetic program allowed to conform with few fixed elements in an unified and fluid internal space, possible to be compartmentalized by sliding frames that grant privacy to the parties when necessary.
