The current project is the result of refurbishing an old apartment of 54 m2. Thinking of the short term for completion, the architects opted for maintaining the original walls of the edifice, and only taking care of the modernization of floors and walls, and making new furniture. The old flooring, a quite worn out wooden carpet, was removed and replaced with blue epoxy resin that covers the floor in all ambiances and gives unity to the apartment. The walls in part covered by patterned ceramics were first covered with plastic mass to be coated with white epoxy afterwards. The new furniture was developed in the course of the refurbishing, being gradually ordered to the joinery.
