The neighborhood where it’s inserted became a new center of art within the city of São Paulo. Vila Madalena has in its origins houses of simple construction, like the property that harbors this project. The start was to represent a new use for the property without denying the history of the residence and the neighborhood where it’s inserted – with simple materials of industrial origins reutilized in another way, re-qualifies the place aesthetically.
