The architecture project of Agência Uakari had as a goal and challenge to do a commercial environment that would be inserted in nature. The office is located in a conventional building in Vila Olímpia, a neighborhood essentially commercial and with little green area in São Paulo.

Entering the space, the feeling is like being in a garden. The garden was built in a space that was previously occupied by plaques, in the ceiling. A few plaques were removed, however others were kept, so they would help with the environment’s acoustics.

The apparent slabs also gave an interesting air to the environment. To keep this garden always alive, it was installed an automatic system of illumination and irrigation. Between the slabs and the ceiling were installed lamps and ducts for irrigation with timing programs.

Walking along the place it is possible to verify that all the divisions are made of glass and the furniture has vibrant colors, contrasting with the gray around and bringing joy and joviality to the agency.

The concept of the space reflected with accuracy the essence of Agência Uakari. An agency that seeks beauty with attitude, sympathy with professionalism and being international, however essentially Brazilian, bringing elements from the Amazon and translating them into pure originality, creativity, force and mystery.
