Madalena House is the result of the refurbishing of a townhouse of 240 m2. After the seven month work, the only remaining elements of the original building were the structure and sealing, but all the framing, doors and finishing were changed. All floors were changed and many walls were removed to provide large ambiances to the owner. On the ground floor, a multipurpose ambiance was created to function both as office or bedroom. On the intermediate floor, there are the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and garden at the back. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom and open terrace. In the design of the residence, a metal ladder is highlighted to function as access to the first floor and is finished in red epoxy paint.
