Inaugurated in 2013, Diseño is a residential condominium of 8440 m2, located in the city of São Paulo, on a site of approximately 2000 m2 near the intersection of avenues Santo Amaro and Journalist Roberto Marinho. The cluster has housing units of the “studio” type, 36 m2 each, with leisure area including a fitness room, ballroom, and others – all located on the first floor above the parking lots in the underground. The pool is on the top floor of collective use, which is partially covered by a pergola supported on pilotis. A characteristic that differentiates the project from others is the collective laundry which is a solution adopted due to the small size of the units. The building stands out for its colored glasses (still little used by Brazilian architecture) that form the railing of the balconies, and the mural located in the entrance hall.
