Refurbishing project of a row house in Vila Madalena neighborhood, sought to integrate the environments of the residence continuously, making use of materials like wood and concrete. On the ground floor, the architect reversed the position commonly used for the kitchen and placed it on the front of the house, allowing the back to be occupied by a living area connected to the terrace, responsible for providing a beautiful view of the city. On the upper floor there are the intimate areas, while on the lower floor, the service areas.
