This ground floor apartment in the Pinheiros neighbourhood is lighted and ventilated through two courtyards in the building, which gives the apartment a calm and introspective condition and allowed us to draw a generous integration between the internal spaces.

The bigger environment in the apartment holds the social programs, it’s through this wide room that the room and service programs are distributed.

The service core was completely rethought to attend the needs of the new residents and facilitate the crossed ventilation in the apartment. The choice for the finishing materials was made with two parameters in mind: clear materials so that the natural lighting could permeate the apartment more easily and at the same time compose contrast between the structural elements and sealing of the apartment.
