Located in São Paulo and inaugurated in 2013, Villa Leporace is a condominium composed of six single-family residences. They feature on the ground floor: living and dining room, kitchen, pantry, toilet, and a garden with leisure areas to suit the different needs of the residents. On the upper floor, there are private bedrooms and bathrooms; and underground, there are service areas, servants' quarters, wine cellar and a collective connection to the garage.
