Baraúna Joinery emerged in 1986 as an unfolding of the practice Brasil Arquitetura. Created to make real the furniture idealized by the team of architects, it was also the catalyst of the studies that the team developed on architectural qualities that wood could bring to architecture in terms of resistance, geometry of fittings and applicability as coating. The joinery is also responsible for the preservation of part of the furniture designed by architect Lina Bo Bardi.
