The development of 27,675 m2 is inserted on the plot of an old industrial complex. One of the large buildings of the cluster went through a process of retrofitting and was transformed into the technical block, where today the clinical analysis is processed. A completely new building was designed by the practice for the administrative headquarters of the largest clinical laboratory of Minas Gerais (one of the largest in the country). Designed and built rationally, this administrative building is marked by its horizontality, by the large glass panels, wood louvers, and double-height cut by walkways (both in reception and office areas).
