São Paulo Headquarters is located in a site of approx. 32.000 sf. There are 4 towers in total, one boulevard crosses the site over making two access ways for the towers: one by Eng. Eusébio Stevaux Avenue and the other by Nações Unidas Avenue. At the center of that boulevard, it was created a square with stores and restaurants, where you can get access to the towers, also there will be a great linear park connecting the project to SP Market Mall.

The tower of São Paulo Headquarters follow high requests of sustainability and have the international certification LEED. The towers Trianon and Ibirapuera were certified by USGBC at the GOLD Category and the towers Paulista and Brigadeiro were certified at the SILVER Category.
