A commercial building with 300m2 of useful area, placed in Higienópolis, São Paulo. The concept started from the creation of a building with simple lines and flexible enough to be rented for various uses. The project is distributed into two blocks, both with 2 pavements, divided by one central yard. The front block possesses a terrace in its roof and a glass structure over the stair. The back block has walls on its sides. The aesthetic language is defined through the utilized materials that contrast among itself. The idea was to highlight the characteristics of each material: white walls, slabs/floors in cement, metallic elements in black, steps in wood and glass in the closings.
