The Prime Tamandaré Office is a 23-story office edifice inaugurated in 2013 in Goiania. The composition of the cluster with office rooms ranging from 29 to 315 m2, located in the West Sector of the city, a place where many people circulate, with easy access, surrounded by green areas, enables hosting companies of different activities and sizes. The ground floor houses many shops and has an elaborate landscape with decks distributed along the way - thereby enabling greater integration of the building with the square and the city. The edifice is a new visual landmark for the capital of Goiás, with quasi mirrored façades and volumes displayed differently along the floors.
